Ronaldo, you have to choose between her and me

Cristiano Ronaldo explains the reason why he broke up with his ex-girlfriend Irina Shayk.

Cristiano Ronaldo – ” Irina Shayk and I broke up because she couldn’t handle me taking my mom everywhere. She said stuff like; “I have a mom too but don’t always take her. Why don’t you leave them at home?”

I replied : “I’d leave you at home rather than her. My mom is my biggest supporter. Thanks to her I am today where I am now. I owe it all to her . . . . Get along with it or leave”.

She then said : “You’re going to have to choose between her and me”.

“I told her that I could never give up on my mother for a woman. She left but I didn’t care. No one is allowed to talk about my mom like that and I don’t regret having broken up”.
